Constantly changing working hours....marathon days not confirmed and communicated correctly for us to be ready.
Not meeting my target
To be honest nothing was challenging they have good agents and good managers all I was required to do was to be a consistent agent always make sure that the daily target is made which is also good for me as I gain commission in doing that.
