Years ago Rewardsco was an awesome company to work with for, unfortunately everything changed there.
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - KwaZulu-Natal - 21 August 2021
It is very sad to say that after many years of working for Rewardsco everything has changed! New management has really made many staff leave.. There is no give and take at rewardsco... They only believe in take! The com structure is a waste.. You will only earn you small basic. And they will make you work really hectic hours.. Known for exploitation. management will make urlife miserable if they don't like you. What that means is that you need to suck up to them for them to like you... They treat their staff as tho they are children in school! I'd rather be broke than to work at Rewardsco
Pros
You ear a basic salary
Cons
Plenty

productive great working hours
sales agent (Former Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 26 January 2020
I would recommend it to somone who is driven and can work well under pressure.
The overall environment is friendly and relaxed. There are many different people who are helpful and are eager to tech you about how to improve yourself.
There is always somone motivating you when you arent motivated or need a push in the right direction.
There is a lot of pressure so for those who cant work well it would be inadvisable to work there.
Learn to take each phone call as if it were the first phone call of the day.

This was my first real sales job. Very fast paced and competitive. The job hours were great - 5 hour shifts. No opportunity for overtime though. Targets were reasonable.
