Call center agent (Former Employee) - Umhlanga Rocks, KwaZulu-Natal - 24 June 2019
Traveling to work was 1hr 45min . Get to work make some coffee then by 9 at our work desk for a morning meeting which we all loved because it was time to get hyped, some morning motivation and good vibes not forgetting incentives once a week. Best part working there was everyone was treated the same from higher rank to lower rank, didn't mean you had a higher post you should be different or treated different, at rewards everyone and everything was treated fairly
Pros
We had money on our access card to work to buy from the canteen.Once in a while for our, appreciation we would get doughnuts or cupcakes, awards to best agents, great inactives, vouchers, team buildings, team incentives.
Cons
Working dual shifts, There was two morning shift, (8-1pm), afternoon shift (, 1-7pm).

Call Centre Agent (Current Employee) - Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal - 12 July 2016
our job is rewarding because we get to meet new people but i prefer the face to face contact.there is no surprises at work you come in make sales and go home.i have learned alot of repondsibly in this company and how to work smartly and not to work hard because when you work smartly and be pro active you get a lot more done.
the hardest part of our job is dealing with clients that dont want to give you a chance to help them understand what is happening on their accounts.
