Stressful unfair
Sales Consultant (Current Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 15 July 2020
Rewards was an exciting place to work when I first started. As time went they started with long hours. promising of a certain amount and getting less then that.
There's no room to climb if u are a good agent they don't allow for you to have better opportunities but rather make you sit in campaigns that's stressful and they take agents that don't work and put them in easy campaigns so they make more money doing less work and we make less money doing more work
Pros
Free coffee
Cons
Long hours

Retrenchment at rewardsco due to lockdown
Quality assurance coach (Former Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 24 June 2020
I feel I was unfairly dismissed. The lockdown was something that wasn't expected but I feel better outcomes could of been looked at other than straight retrenchment.

Productive and fun
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal - 4 March 2020
Rewards co environment consisted of many great benefits but all in all you had to push yourself to earn high commision that was the easy part because the harder you pushed the more you could make just that maybe management style could have been differnt from the manager I had but in my team I was always amongst high earners top 3.

The Opportunity
outbound supervisor (Former Employee) - Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal - 5 April 2018
A typical day at work starts with subsidized coffee. I started as an insurance consultant and quickly learned how to be a leader and in so became an outbound insurance sector supervisor. the working environment was awesome as it was a corporate company with plenty of fun and games. the hardest part of the job was learning how to manage a large team and learn how to accommodate the different levels of leadership with each individual.. the most enjoyable part of the job was duplicating my sales capabilities and skills into my teams and making them successful. people follow you because of what you do for them and what you have done for the organization.
