Management of the company didn't care about their staff and don't give credit to staff recognise their hard work, even with salary they don't give according to qualifications
Salary and promotions
Qualifications and recognition
The company lacks professionalism, I learned to manage the Nated Programme, the management is too poor and unprofessional, workers do their own thing during work hours, Having to go to class without being given enough and proper resources, co-workers were the nicest

The working conditions are very good and I have improved on my communication skills. I have learned to me more responsible. Every day I facilitate students and help them on self development and teach them about the efficient ways to study for their test and exams. The management of the company helped me a lot by giving me every resources I need to be a good facilitator. The hardest part of the job is when students don't come to classes which makes it hard to finish the syllabus on time. The most enjoyable part of my job is when students are attending and participating in class activities.
College Activities e.g Sport Day
Absenteeism by students
l learned their organisational culture and adapt to it without much complications. friendly co-workers who motivate one another in an attempt to meet goals. too much work overload i enjoy being of a successful team thriving in highly pressurized environment
free laptops to use and tablets
too much work overload
The general work environment is fair. There is a lot of pressure on the few available lecturers, as a single lecturer is responsible for more than 5 modules a day. I have been learnt how to plan and execute my duties diligently. The management is fair My co-workers are cooperative. Some deadlines are unrealistic. I have the latitude to freely demonstrate my level of knowledge on any subject matter.
Ability to show and share with learners my knowledge
Working Monday to Saturday at minimal pay.
I will like to gain experience in the relevant field of my studies, as i want to grow in the field of Financial Accounting and secure a senior position in a high volume working environment. Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology gave me an opportunity to adapt to the working environment and grow potentially. I am now most confident and handle any pressure positively. I have learned more things such as handling the petty cash, using the ICAS system, Communicating effectively and became a stronger Financial Accountant. The hardest part of the job is working long hours during marketing and preparing the POEs for students.
No growth in the field of Financial Accounting
