Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology has thw best work culture and its fun to work there as they treat every employee the same. They include everyone in every decision they make
Pros
Free lunch's
Cons
Short break and healthcare
Management of the company didn't care about their staff and don't give credit to staff recognise their hard work, even with salary they don't give according to qualifications
Pros
Salary and promotions
Cons
Qualifications and recognition
it is a relaxed place to work at. its just that they dont pay the interns and the amount of work done is too much for us not to be paid. but other thatn the payment issue its a nice and relaxed place to work in.
They treat everyone equally and they hire all types of people unlike other institutions. There's no pressure everyone works according to the working hours.
It's good to work there but sometimes it was a stressful environment and if it were a game sometimes they'd change to goalposts everytime you'd get close to a win. But overall provided good enough experience to be able to do better at tests and work under pressure. But overall I did enjoy my time there with little downsides but for most of all, if u can find a relatively good campus to work in, you'd not regret it
Is A Well Managed Institution Where You Get To Experience More About Your Job Everyone Is Proud And Happy Working There Including Myself My Reason For Leaving Is The Amount Of Salary Since Iam Volunteering. I'm Not Proud Of It
