There was a great amount of hard working management, Although I had enjoyed working there a new management entered and enforced different managing causing job to decline in employers.

Very effective personnel.

Good work environment, very pleasant secretaries and dispatchers.We had great verbal communication, and everyone had input.Starting from management, employees and also the janitor.We treated everyone like family.

Flexible hours and great supervisor who cares about all of his employees and the sad part is the company has closed down the work was easy also and had no stress at the end of the day

This company takes horrible advantage of their staff. ( which is made up of individuals with disabilities, or parolees.) For the most part it's impossible to get fired cause there's nobody else to replace you! And the pay SUCKS.

i hated working there the managers don't treat you right and expect you to do extra things for them and come in extra days without pay. management would not treat you right and would not show you respect. you will be treated like you are replaceable. No benefits to the job

I enjoyed going to different clients home even if it was to just sit and conversate with them I would do a little house cleaning and cooking for them. I would run errands with them or for them and being around them I learned the value of having someone there

Its a great idea, but lacks implementation as a result of upper management oversight of locational needs. Came into work, picked peers up, ran peer groups, completed notes, transported home, completed reports. Hardest part are time constrints on notes and everyone telling you how to do the same thing differently. Best part was working with the peers being serviced.
