A lot of work, and the pay is very low. Don't work here unless you can't find anything else They take a portion of your salary, so you're better off job hunting on your own rather than letting them assign you to a client

Fantastic place to work

Fantastic place to work ! I recommend looking into their short-term, long-term and temp-to-hire options. Lots of variety and it’s wonderful to meet so many interesting people at different assignments.

I liked my assignments working with RH Office Team and most of the clients were awesome to work with. I would prefer more leeway in negotiating wage rates, they suggest that it's negotiable, but it never is. Once you commit to a role or pay rate, they kind of leave you there to rot, even though you do great work and prove yourself, they aren't very helpful in finding something better for you.

Not dealing with individual employers.

They are not so willing to help you find better or progressive placements.

No job security. You will get fired if you are on bench time more than 3 weeks. Don't trust what recruiters or management tell you. You are just a numbers to them. They say whatever it takes to prevent you from leaving the assignment early.

The job was ok, this company is huge machine and if you're not in their corporate offices it will be hard to advance. The job was tedious and boring. however the company does have some of the standard perks of large organizations.

Terrible Place to Work

Zero work life balance. You will be expected to work overtime. Management is terrible and bullies their employees. Could not leave this place fast enough.
