Relaxed but stressful working place
If the company can pay their employees fairly or Market related Roots would be the bast work place. The amount of work that one is expected to do is soo much and for soo little money. You can't not expect a person to work using his own car and get paid less than R4000 a month.

Good for entry level experience
It a great company to work for, if I can have an opportunity I would go back, give experience and exposure to field sales and the work is easier and doable you just need to understand the trade then you will be okay

Worse working experience of my life.
Worse working experience of my life. Managers do nothing and so to do the staff. Everyone is just okay earning peanuts. I was in senior management and the company is very un ethical and not to be trusted at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. Managers just don't like to see you succeed and are very jealous. Luckily I made like x5 my salary indipendently while working here. They can't stand to see people wearing expensive clothes and driving expensive cars. I can't help it if I was born to be fancy.

The team I worked with was cooperative but I had to work on loyalty since they had no loyalty
Due to high paced work environment it was strenuous for every one. It needed individuals with strong emotional intelligence. I installed resilience, team work on my team and loyalty. My superior had an iron feast with made my team to be not loyal &:scared to be at work.At least on my short tenure I was able to take them from least performing team to the best performing team in the country in sales.
