Demanding, military style management

Your life Will revolve around work.
Lovely conglomerate but they are slave drivers. People leave company within 2 years of working there. At times you are expected to be available weekends

Samsung is a great company to work for. The culture and mind set of the business ad individuals who work there is what drives the company as well. The management style is a good one

Enjoyed working for the Corporate giant.

We normally work for Monday to Friday, but due to weekly closure of the Supply Chain System, Saturday and Sunday would be spent in the Office itself. Samsung is one place where you would give equal emphasis on the Customer as well as the internal system. Management plans could change without much internal discussions.
Always used to have all kinds of trainings and seminars at least on a monthly basis.

Ive learned , to overcome difficult clients and to enjoy the small delights, it was an experienced that made me the person im today, and ill always be thankful
