had so much fun working there.

I enjoyed the client base. management was exceptionally nice and such good people hardest part of the job was sometimes not meeting customers need as most of their devises was out of warranty I enjoyed the consistency. Never had to wonder where I stood with my bosses and colleagues.

Warm enviroment yet no room for growth

Samsung Experience stores have anitiated a whole new experience in letting consumers aware of the brand in the electronic field eg cellphones, tablets and accessories. Working at the brand store evaluates your selling skills because you get in depth knowledge of the brand and you get to be in touch with consumers having to meet their product requiments. Working at the first brand store in Soweto (Jabulani mall ) exposes me to an opportunity of making consumers aware and conscious of the Samsung brand in a new target market

Samsung is a very great ,productive and fun company to work for we have GWP's and team building every quarter, Samsung gives their employees insensive and gifts every year end functions

Strong work culture

Samsung has afforded me the opportunity to further understand the diversified work cultures, whilst also developing my technical knowledge within the telecommunications industry. I have been placed in their Management Learnership program to further develop my management skills, and to apply this within the workplace. The culture is very focused on producing high quality work at an efficient rate and ensuring that we provide the best user experience through our products.

Fun and Productive

It was a very productive and well equiped company I've learned how to be independent and work as a team member. The management was good we were a family. My fellow co-workers and I were united we worked very hard to keep our customers happy. The most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with angry customers

Its generally a good company to be part of.

Coming in and see to it that the store is in order. The shop is clean and the price tags are on all items. I have learnt good customer service, how to handle difficult customers, how to work well in a group. Management is generally supportive and understanding. There are good and bad days when in comes to co-workers but generally we get along well. The hardest part of the job is having to stand the whole day which takes its toll on us but I am used to it now. Having to sell products and up the shops sales is very rewarding in addition to the commission that comes with the sales.
