I was a learner and the exposure i got was very baluable. I gained finance experience especially in the creditors management environment. The culture was vibrant and enabling given the fact that Sandvik is an international company. Room for growth was a reality. Remuneration was still below par given that i was absorbed as a learner.

Monotonous and repetitious work Lack of up-skilling, however, the opportunity to grow one needs to make it possible by speaking out and persisting. I took with the communication tool and skill the understanding of how mining operates and that one needs to be disciplined to pursue growth and up-grading one.
