very productive, fun, dedicated family to work with
in the morning before work we conducted a safety health and environment meeting. before any job you had to conduct a mini risk assessment. all work was according to the manufacturers specs. everyone had a job or jobs entitled to you daily in relation to your post.breakfast and lunch times were catered for by the organisation. free interaction with the management but strict on safety wise.work results oriented from the togetherness of the workshop team and management to close to perfection. there is real fair play, open mind and team spirit at SANDVIK mining
