Working at SBV was always . We always considered everyone as family and people there are caring and work as a team
I used to work as a cash processors in note sorting department , it is always hectic and a busy day everyday , especially on the 15th and month ends , those are the times we had to put our hard work and team work together because we usually had to work overtime because of the workload . But we still had fun while working .
We always tea time in the morning
We worked long hours sometimes but we always stick to our time which is 9hours because of team work
Be honest.Prepare yourself. Answer as many questions as you can. Excellent staff and healthy working environment. Training is provided to aid your skills and knowledge.
Rawards for hard working employees
Longer hours and working all year round
Work never stops and work is expected to be done in own time. Family time is nearly non existent. Management lie and aren't trustworthy. Hr is barely available

Jobs at SBV Services
I was transferred to SBV SERVICES DUE TO restructuring at Absa bank. SEC 197. The culture was different and had to adapt and coach staff to build synergy. The work is mainly outbound and there close monitoring of company time and assets had to be a focus. Delivering exellent client service was a key objective.
You work until you're no longer productive. Management always chooses sides and never listen to employees ideas.
Loads of unnecessary overtime, which ends up being unpaid. The workload is way too much, and the pay is too little. The work is stressful and you work underpressure on a daily basis. Forced to report even 5 minutes of late coming. Work like a slave and only earn peanuts
Losts of hours and be able to be loyal obay your supperias be at work on time also be ready to work on weekends and holidays as well, you need to be a very honest kind of a person
Working with very nice people
Long hours and accurate cause you will be working with money
Learned about Customer service, Telephone etiquette, Team Leading. learned to be a hard and independent worker. you learn to be active and on how to be proactive. Management always send staff members to do refresher courses on How to handle pressure, a stressful work situation.
As long as you know your work nobody is behind your shoulders. You do your work quickly you go home early. The staff is friendly and also the management but you must follow all the procedures and don't take short cuts if you've got a problem somewhere feel free to call the supervisors they will assist you where its needed. When you got a situation that is needed to taken care of you talj to them.
