I would book collections for my clients, follow up on deliveries. I would have meetings with clients to arrange larger pallet and DC deliveries, arrange warehouse storage. Deal with clients and solve problem deliveries. I also did the approval of all waybills and generating of invoices and month end of all clients. I would assist would assist in all areas and distributions of clients and even assist at reception.My favourite part of the job was meeting new people and solving problems, most difficult part of job was dealing with irate clients, but at the end of the day you have the success of calming them and solving the issue.

Cons

Family run company so you could only grow so much.
