Standing in 1 spot upto 12 hours a day no talking no gratitude. There was no advancement even if you taught them how to do the job properly. You were shouted out rather than spoken to if you so dared to sit down for a minute not an enjoyable place to work

Lacking leadership

Lacking leadership. Owners do not follow through on promises to employees. Health benefits are well below average. No opportunity for growth. They are not a well respected company

Delivery work with a lot of headache

I worked for Seko 4-5 years ago and the management was horrible. Cutting corners to make a buck anywhere they could. Ignoring safety for their drivers just to get packages out quicker. Out of work multiple times when they refused to fix their truck

Horrible training. No communication

I didn’t enjoy my time working for Seko. Low paying for experience required. If you are new to the industry it may okay just not a one size fit’s all

Amazing team.

From warehouse associate to GM there was a great team ethic. I was lucky enough to work with some fantastic people in my time there. Hard work to achieve progression but then it should be. Once achieved the rewards are of a good level. The senior team really care about what happens to all. I must say I was really well looked after in my time there.

Company with back stabbing management

Job pays pretty good but don't trust management. As soon as you question their stupidity you will be backstabbed and out you go. Overall I would not recommend working for this company.

Below average trucking company

This company has good intentions but won't follow through on pay, time off or Any promise made during or pre hire. Average guy, with little knowledge of transportation industry, just brought a vehicle and want you to stay on road for 3,-4weeks at time ..Avoid

Una empresa formada al vapor por por lo que ví a base de influyentismo sin ideales

Una empresa con nula ética hacia sus clientes internos,externos y proveedores de servicio.ALTO INDICE DE ROTACIÓN EN SUS POCOS PUESTOS NI PARA FLETES LOS CONTRATARÍA Con NULAS DIRECTRICES simplemente desconocen de jerarquías y procesos que son obligados y se deben llevar en una empresa o cualquier negocio por más chico que sea! Una empresa sin ideales ni valores solo con la importancia de ganar dinero no importando el como ni a quien pisan para ello! ALTO NEPOTISMO NUNCA OBTENDRÁS DESARROLLO PERSONAL SE QUEDARAN CON LAS IDEAS QUE LES ENTREGUES NUNCA TE CONSOLIDAS PIERDES TU TIEMPO NO LO RECOMIENDO

Great company with passionate people at the helm. It’s hard work, but very enjoyable. SEKO provides an excellent environment and company culture. Your hard work will pay off.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?

Good job. Great pay.

All in all a good place to work. The training was not very extensive, which was odd because they flew me all the way to Chicago, but that is probably my only con of working there.

Limited Advancement but a job is a job

I worked here primarily because it was close to my home. The comradery in the workplace was its best perk. The people are real and fun to be around. It was just a job and a place to earn a paycheck to me.

Pretty Good - Some Improvements

Supportive with providing case studies, links, platforms, extra material to help prospect/land clients. Job title in contract says on thing but the responsibilities are 75% the same as previous role- growth promised and over exaggerated.

Good work environment

Seko is a good place to work. Just needs to be more organized and communicate with employees better. Also make sure whatever is getting taken out from your check is getting paid

Solid Place to work

I was in the logistics department and generally enjoyed the experience. Good management, good coworkers, pay is adequate and once you understand the every day duties, the job can become a breeze.

Great opportunities were given.

Great experience. Good people to work with. Great technology and people willing to help when subjects are not understood. Management was also willing to assist and teach when needed.

Worked there for over 1 year loved the place had 1 bad day so they get rid of you gutted to say the least 1st time in a wearhouse was very nervous but people are nice there The only problem is they mess you about

SEKO was a good company to work for

I enjoyed working for SEKO most of the time. The pay was good and most of the people that I worked with were the reason I enjoyed going to work every day. The only draw back was that I was on call almost every night. I worked in dispatch. If it were for being on call all the time without being paid for it I would have probably stayed with SEKO.
