Very stressfull. Learnt to have patience.Strict management but does not set an but no leadership skills. Jolly employees and the opposite. Reaching targets was difficult. Enjoying conersation with new people everyday was the best part my day.

This is the worst company to work for. They do not care about anything besides the team making sales they make you feel like a failure if you do not make sales for an hour.

They are quick to congratulate for that moment and then quick to shout as well. Your job is at risk everyday because they always say they can replace you.

Fun environment to work in as well.well relaxed however can pay employees more than what they are paying at the moment .Cost of living is increasing but to they were paying 4000 pm

Worst company eva. They are disrespectful the team leaders,they take your breaks away,they expect you to move every hr,they give you warning for not selling

Exploited if target not met, cut on lunches and home time. Lunch is served two times in a week and you work from Monday to Friday. Some team leaders are not nice

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my life, no work moral, get threatened by team leaders and call center manager everyday trying to instil fear into employees, I don't recommend anyone to ever work here. These are con man wearing suits calling themselves a corporate company, as far as I am concerned that place is a dump,taking advantage of people who are in need or straight out of high school

Great place to start off at. Helps you learn how to interact with people and establish good work ethics. Chilled and vibrant environment however you are required to speak all day.

First tea from 10am till 10:15am lunch is from 1pm till 1:30pm second tea is from 3pm till 3:15pm
Cons
Hours is fun 8am till 5pm no weekends and no public holidays

-Working Hours from 8-5 Monday To Friday

-I learned to communicate effectively & building relationships with Clients.


- Management was Excellent they played the Part as well.


-Co Workers was Okay We did have a bad days but that was very rare occasion.


- Hardest part of the job I think was actually getting the Clients Banking Information over the Phone.


- The most enjoyable part would be hearing the Clients Satisfaction Over The Phone and happy with the Phone that we will be delivering to them.
