Sharemont is run by a driven and motivated couple.
They need to learn to handle issues following the right procedure and not the impulsive vulgar outbursts on everyone for one persons fault.
They need to understand that they will not stop losing people all the time (like I left) if they expect people to have money to maintain a job that might not pay you.
They also need to respect the fact that people who work for them don’t own the company, hence they don’t make the same money as them and will never be able to bear the costs of the company for them.
They also need to respect people’s time because they pay commission not time rates. People have lives to live and cannot waste all their time working to see no benefits
