The industry is helping a lot of people at the sorounding area where it operated, there are people who where somitimes sleeping without food but when they are the employee of this company they started to see life on a different way, they can provide for the need of their family, by that little income they received. Indeed it is very helping so many like the small projects.

Retail is alot of work and also very exhausting..there was always work to do and always running around. But the rate for that type of work was not fair enough

Printing store reports,controlling staff and delegating various tasks. I've learnd how to delegate,control,taking responsibilities,plan and solving daily problems. Working closely with my line manager and being under direct giudance of my branch manager has taught me how to make wise business dicisions. Working with my co-workers who are highly dissipline,helps me alot in being a goog team player. Getting the job done under alot of pressure and short little time,but makes it worth sacrifising. Getting a good review with good feed back from top management for a job well done.
