Too much workload for general staff, harsh management.
Server and Packer (Former Employee) - Charlesville mall, Cape Town - 6 August 2021
As interns we were subjected to too much work from cleaning, packing goods from receiving. Little to no guidance in how to do the job. harsh rebuke. Management relaxed too much, they didnt have much work to doThe hardest part is the long hours and too many customers to serve, making me to clock out late but not be paid for overtime. The enjoyable part was my friends/colleague, we had a good bond
Pros
no pros
Cons
long hours, little pay

Improve thier performance and productivity
Admin Manager (Former Employee) - Tzaneen - 14 July 2021
They must look after their employees not their stock. Give manager normal working hours hire good security stop firing employees and bribe the lawyers to win the case. To work at retailer is about customer service not chasing workers from work. People seek jobs because they want to feed their family. They must stop looking for money and take care of business and employees. Training are needed physical instead of online training.
Pros
No free lunch
Cons
Long hours less salary
