Serious workplace

You may know the time to start the shift bt you would not know the time to end the shiftThere are times you going home by 20:30 bt the raster says your shift end by 19:30And we usually work for 38 hours but when it comes to be played they will pay us for 36 hours

Too much workload for general staff, harsh management.

As interns we were subjected to too much work from cleaning, packing goods from receiving.Little to no guidance in how to do the job. harsh rebuke.Management relaxed too much, they didnt have much work to doThe hardest part is the long hours and too many customers to serve, making me to clock out late but not be paid for overtime. The enjoyable part was my friends/colleague, we had a good bond

Pros

no pros

Cons

long hours, little pay

Productive but Favouritism

People who were working there for more than 5years were still part timer but their favourite who were there for less than a year were made permanent and promotions were only give to loves once.

Pros

You eat your own food during lunch

Cons

1 hour lunch and 15min of tea break but if your shift starts 10h00 you don't have tea break

Improve thier performance and productivity

They must look after their employees not their stock. Give manager normal working hours hire good security stop firing employees and bribe the lawyers to win the case. To work at retailer is about customer service not chasing workers from work. People seek jobs because they want to feed their family. They must stop looking for money and take care of business and employees. Training are needed physical instead of online training.

Pros

No free lunch

Cons

Long hours less salary
