I had a good training experience. However you oose your entire social life, you're always working and you have to work back the s.a public holidays even if you're scheduled to be off or it goes unpaid which doesn't make sense

They say it's fun an lots of opportunities but it's not true it's all about no ownership taken by management an no one to help an protect staff management isn't able to guide staff an assist with new protocols as they don't understand what they are rolling down to their teams

Worst company ever

Working at sigma is one of the worst campaigns keep on closing down lack of support from management and expect way to much from staff no benifits thy promise one things but the opposite happens thy very quick to work people away

Sigma was a fun and productive place to work at i learned alot from Sigma i grew within the company an working there made me come out of my shell more

Focused fast pased company

You have to be very attentive listen to customer with all your sences as we were dealing with uk based customers with different accents and different personalities

The environment is not welcoming, pressure is too much coming from customers and management not making it easy

Like every other company it has different campaigns and the one I was in had too much pressure,no support at all but expect you to perform exceptionally well,no system training you learn everything on the floor by yourself.

Pause area pcs and free drop off transport

Cons

Only 24 minutes for tea, pick up transport only provided for certain areas(none black), no benefits and no late shift allowance

Draining work place

Not a very good place to work at management has no peoples skills whatsoever and everyday its a new rule being implemented. . .Get warnings for the slightest mistake ever and they a very cheap company in terms of payment and there is no benefits at all.

Not a bad company

I enjoyed my job and my team leader was excellent well both of them . I just hated working shifts and having to work overtime when our UK agents couldn't get to work due to being snowed in during December time

A good and well company that is Always growing but I'm looking to grow more and have more experience in a new company and the company has a great work place but it needs to have some other details added to the business

Not even worth it

The management is appauling, They literally have their favorites and there is absolutely no room for growth. You work more than you have a social life, Imagine having a canteen but you unable to speak or make a noise because the boss wants peace and quiet, is a canteen not a relaxing and free zone to unplug from the stressful calls ?

Sigma is a good company for gaining experience . They are good in taking those who doesnt have experience and helping them.

I've learnt a lot at Sigma , tought me a lot I had fun. People are , helpful and so friendly .. However you work hard and dont get seen or rewarded

Good company to start your call center career. Good timekeeping and statistics monitoring. Real time updates on your work. Great coaching and mentoring.

Hard worker

No positive comments on management at all. Work was excellent Work life was the Best, still my family till this day. My colleagues was my motivation to stay positive. Salary was always a problem No recognition or acknowledgments Great calibration A lot of room for growth

Stress and more Stress

No working benefits. All positions are coming from external and there is people within the company that can do the job and have gone through relevant Services SETA Courses. No commission or any quarterly increases.

Nice small company

Work and system quite easy. Small Call centre where everyone knows everyone. Salary is quite reasonable. Management lacks communication skills though.

Productive Workplace

Sigma is not a bad place to work at. I enjoy it especially interacting with people from a different country. The only downfall personally for me is there is no benefits such as pension fun but overall I work with the best employees ever but personal growth and benefits is a necessity for me as I have a beautiful family to care for.

New company.

The company was still in its teething phase when I had started there so there was a few concerns however I believe the company has potential and there's definitely growth for employees if you stay dedicated.
