Great challenges, but not pleasant work environemnt

Enjoy my own work, enjoy the program I am responsible for and have very good relationship with my client.However, SITA as a company is very stressfull, badly managed and not customer centric. Political agendas far more important than client satisfaction.Employees have very low morale, and very low levels of productivity are the order of the day.It is important to focus on own project and client, and to ensure own development and exposure. There are such great oppertunities and possibilities, but it cannot be realised due to bad management and the lack of client centricity. Bt ultimately any employee do get affected by the ongoing restructuring, change in Management, and bad customer service repoorts.

based in pretoria. very little travelling required.

overall management and direction of the company, constant restructuring, constant change in management
