Reviews for Designer at SITA

Less duration served to state more

Not more words to add as served a little less duration to comment on overall status to rate a company. Work life balance is good with a excellent management efforts towards the team.

Multinational company, respectful, generous and fair

SITA is an excellent company. However, the documentation is large to a fault because of the age of the company, 50+ yrs. They have many long term employees, but they are not immune to the lay-offs that are often a result of outsourcing to 3rd world countries.

Pros

Respectful of their employees, good vacation time, bleeding edge technologies

Cons

Lay-offs and outsourcing. Frequent management changes.
