Productive and fun place to work at
Product Engineer (Current Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 23 November 2018
It is a fun place to work at and there is a lot to learn. The company has a lot of potential to grow but there is limited opportunity for us young engineers to grow as there are no professionally registered engineers. And there is no trust in us young engineers as there is very little involvement in big projects.
Pros
Medical Aid, Subsidised meals
Cons
No structure in the company

very interesting place to work.
Senior Product Engineer (Current Employee) - Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal - 16 August 2016
-Production support and working on currrent projects or improvements.I feel good after a fruitful day at work where I have accomplished something.
- a person can never know everything because you learn everyday.
-My co-workers are very important to me and therefore have to be treated appropriately. A happy team is a good team.
-the hardest part of the job is trying to convince people as to why it is important for the company to continuously grow.
-The most enjoyable part of my job is when I finish a project eg. build a machine or set up a production line. When I stand back and watch it work, the feeling is unexplainable. It is a great feeling of accomplishment.
Pros
Opportunities to learn new things.Free training courses.
Cons
Too much overtime
