Smollan is a good company with great work ethic. they care for their employees by offering a good working environment. most enjoyable part is free products from clients. hardest part is managing promoters who don't care about their work but are just there to make money. Management is not so great. they don't always offer opportunities for growth. iit takes a while before you're recognized no matter how good you are at your job

Marketing and more productive

i learned on how to deal with clients and how to market a particular brand and convince the customer to buy your brand. The management was always helping us in everything and teaching us skills of how to do the work perfectly and the culture was accommodating everybody. i enjoyed to work with people and sharing my experience and gaining the new skills
