Good But no growth

It was my first permanent job after university, I loved it obviously. However I knew from the first time there is never going to be career growth and development unless I went to the collegians became a police. The salary was just way too little.

Pros

Medical aid, pension fund

Cons

I felt like i was a PA rather than an administrative clerk
