lot of room for growth as it is a big department. It teaches you patience and how to work with people from different backgrounds. it also teaches you how to work in a team as well as independently.it has given me a real life job experience that will help me in the future.
Pros

A very accomodative environment with warm welcoming co-workers
Intern (Current Employee) - Pretoria, GP - 30 December 2014
A typical day at work including doing a messenger task, helping my boss to organize his schedule and welcoming guests and sometimes it goes in an extent that i have to clean the office making coffee and some positive atmosphere on the workplace together with helping with anything that is needed from the boss.
I've learned to be punctual, to always seek advide before doing something i dont understand. To work under pressure and in a team as well as independently. to keep my files up to date and keep records. how to conduct consultation and how to require files
I have learned to manage my time and routine well, to adjust my working schedule and make sure that i perform all my duties in time before deadline
my co-workers are very supportive and have been helping me a ot to adjust and advance smoothly with no feeling pressures, good relationship with co-workers is the key to a productive institution.
The hardest part of the job is when you are supposeed to get some people to attest or sign certain documents and they are nowhere to be found or too far and worst part on leave. even when you are tring to get hold of the attorneys and find out that they are too busy and when you are requesting fils or information and the sources delaying.
i enjoy getting busy, instances were the matters get settled on our favour knowing that i have played a role, that makes me enjoy coming to work and when the parties co-operate either settling in arbitrations, requesting files etc
Pros
Challenging work in a good environment where teamwork is the key to success. Very good benefits
Cons
few cases to deal with
