fun place but lacks career growth

Interacting with various computer end users at all levels, novice to expects regarding computer problems. I learnt a lot with dealing with different types of people. As a national first contact center for IT support for South African Post Office employees we always share information and try to assist each other as team members. The challenges arise when maybe dealing with a novice user and South African Post Office users are illiterate and in some cases the language is a problem and you have to try and assist that person telephonically. The enjoyable part is when you successfully assist someone and you some sort build a relationship with that person and the next time they call they remember you.
