builder of me as an employee
Being an employee at nt ngidi agencies was a shaper of myself, as I was just coming from school and first time being in a working environment. Learning how to behave as I was the youngest but yet I was expected to deliver my work as everyone else, although there were issues but I learned that if you don't struggle you won't succeed.
Pros
getting awards for good work
Cons
we had to work long hours during month ends, but didn't bother me as long as I have a job
