Salaries should be raised to compete with that of government schools. Working hours should also match that of govt schools. More employee health and medical aid benefits should be implemented.

Favoritism. Unprofessional conduct. Children were getting physically harmed by a teacher Ms De Ponte and the was matter reported (as corporal punishment is banned in SA) but Principal did nothing about it. Parents also complained about the teacher using profanity and bad language but again nothing was done to that teacher.

Do your staff need a space to talk about personal issues? Do they sometimes feel overwhelmed by work and personal commitments? Do you have parents who have run out of patience with their children, who need to learn different ways of parenting from how they were raised?Do you have learners who are experiencing stress in the classroom because of what it happening in the home?These are just some of the issues I address as a Relationship Coach both in my private coaching practice and when I facilitate workshops in the workplace.If either an individual school has an expressed need or to be professional resource to all your schools; I would value the opportunity to meet the relevant person at your head office.

Everything isn't okay with how things are done at SPARKS, not for the learners and especially not for the teachers and other staff members such as cleaners and groundsmen.
