1.No work life balance2. Add additional work load but you are not compensated for it.3. Teacher turn-over is very high.4. Leadership is too young and lack experience.5. It's all about the numbers and not the people.6. Workload is too high with even higher working hours.7. Constantly refering to the school as a business8.Narrate to you how you should teach

Very fun and innovative work place

I loved how they modernized the culture is at SPARK. It is a fun working environment for both scholars and the teachers. It is very family oriented and there is constant communication between teachers and the parents.

School that is a business, only numbers matter.If you want to DUMP your child to get rid of them, then SPARKS is the schoolNever take your child here!!! You are putting your child to drown!School only made for HIGH ABILITY SCHOLARS!

Vibrant and energetic culture. Collaborative environment. High pressured and data driven.It is a very tough environment with many opportunities to pull through.
