1. Management does not care about their employees. 2. Not great for gaining experience. 3. Very toxic work environment for a school. 4. Unrealistic and unnecessary working hours. 5. No professionalism in terms of planning ahead for school terms. 6. Parents have the upper hand. 7. Greatly underpaid. 8. They do not care about you as an employee. 9. They are quick to make you sign a permanent contract thinking you will stay. 10. Spark schools is an unhealthy working environment both mentally, emotionally and physically.

Very fun and innovative work place

I loved how they modernized the culture is at SPARK. It is a fun working environment for both scholars and the teachers. It is very family oriented and there is constant communication between teachers and the parents.

Long hours A learning environment it has its own challenges but if you are a hard working teacher you can do it. However, too much administration done by teachers from marking and etc.

Toxic workplace

Favoritism with school leadership and constant gossip from leadership there is growth opportunities especially if you are a student,they could also improve with being more empathetic.
