Standard Bank is a fun place to work for however they do not engage with staff personally before they can make decisions .
Standard Bank is a nice company to work for however staff engagement lacks .They do not care how you do your job as long as its done .They want results .They give you a lot work that can be done by 2 people and pay a minimal salary .
Working at Standard Bank has grown me as an individual. Dealing with Executives who have certain standards of doing things and learning how to deal with them has grown me an individual. A fast-paced environment where change constantly takes place and you have to adapt fast. A typical day at work is never the same as each day presents a different challenge. But ultimately, i am passionate about what i do and i love the energy and challenges that came my way.
Overall had a great experience working at Standard Bank however if you do suffer from a mental illness make sure you can handle the fast paced environ
Standard Bank is a great company to work for. The salary & benefits are very decent. Learn a lot about finances & business. Lots of diversity in the workplace. As long as you follow procedures and work hard you will be rewarded.
Favouritism is the only thing that i don't like. There's an accident that happened when i was there. The way that they treat me was not acceptable they have all the proof that i was innocent but the way i saw things they protect the person who did this. I'm still saying this I WAS INNOCENT. Favouritism is very high in standard bank sorry to say this.

Standard Bank was a good and stable company to work for. We had a culture of " It's not done until it's done". I got on well with my colleagues and team mates. I enjoyed growth and positivity in the work place and I see myself as having a bright future with Standard Bank

I have had good earnings, and achieved and exceeded the benchmarks with some effort, however easily achievable. When there were issues I always created a resolve in order to keep a healthy workspace. As for the company it was great working there. I left due to personal growth reasons.

Standard Bank Western Cape a good company to work for with all the different cultures under one roof. The inter departmental working togetherness and helping each other where help was needed especially on month end when certain departments have to work longer hours.
