Growth is an issue at Standard Bank. I have been applying for about two years now with no single interview There are good working conditions and they have a good culture
Arranging of all meetings between the client and the financial adviser, coordination of product events, singing up of client documents and policies, seeing and assisting clients when the FA is out, managing the FAs dairy and making all necessary transport arrangements. Following up on all client files, policies and general banking, doing all sorts of admin that was required by the management of SBFC, making sure that all paper work is up to date and FICA complaint

My everyday routine at work is exciting , being able to handle customer queries and solving problems really helps as it improves your level of work and make you to develop a great friendship with your clients. It makes you to have leadership roles where you have to meet deadlines and also respect clients. When you in this role you always have to see to it that client is always kept happy. The hardest part is when you have been not coming up with solutions to solve queries. There are certain standards that we use to meet our customers needs. I really enjoy every part of my work as it also involves team work inside.

it was a weekend job, but i found it to be extremely relaxed and enjoyable. management and staff were extremely helpful and hardworking. there was no hard part to the job as assistance was available for those who needed it, and that did not occur very often. my co-workers were my friends and fellow staff so there was always a lively and fun atmosphere.

1.a typical day at work: it was one of the busy day around 6th of the month as normal busy at this time, i answered a phone from the customer which was a query, the team leader was not in the department, the customer did not want to leave the message i find my self stuck with him.When i; m from looking for team leader one of the colleague shouted at me I'm not a team leader , i let them work alone and he carry on mourning being disrespecting me.2.I learned that people will always critisise you even doing the best thing.3.Management called the meeting the following they to find both side of the story4.my co-workers were feeling sorry and said this guy is alway rude and disrespectful5.When you dont balance especial huge amount from 2000 upwards worst if its deficit and you don't know where is money!6.when you balance everyday and the customers you help they leaving your counter haapy received good service.
