The hardest part is working till late on weekends, the place has a friendly and full of fun collegues, The management recognise a job well done and they would braai for us and we would have lunch as a company, we would get recognised as individuals
The working environment is welcoming and free. I have learned to work with other people, share idea's and accept or adapt to change easily. The difficult thing for me was reaching my stretched target if we were having system issues. And being recognized during monthly awards or recognition ceremonies was the best thing ever.
Insensitive for best performers
I will love to go back to standard bank as a consultant but in a permanent position, i was a very dedicated candidate always on time, good communication skills pro activity is my middle name
free lunches are provided once a month
the hours we used to work were normal i was happy about it
when i starting i was excited for the new job but as time went by i began to feel uncomfortable my team leader wasn't too friendly .it made me feel uncomfortable because i would get dirty looks . the manager was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. colleagues made me feel uncomfortable because of the gossiping and i also didn't feel comfortable around them.
I used to do a bank reconciliation which I enjoyed a lot. It's a kind of job I learned from school and now that I was doing it in real life it was kind of fun but I was earning a little money and I had to leave.
Day off when finished the job.
Good day I have learn to serve customer with dignity and always putting customer 1st, customer satisfaction will make the customer to stay with the company and be happy, we need happy clients.we must always respect our management and allow to be taught and be corrected on a daily basis, when we are working me must respect all the people and their cultures and religion because we all come from different culture and background. in the workplace challenges are always there and we cannot run away from them all we need to do is solve the challenges and learn from them. the most enjoyable part of the job is during festive seasons when we go to Christmas party as a team o celebrate all the hard work for the whole year.
free birthday gift of my birthday from the managemt
we work flexible hours

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
it was a weekend job, but i found it to be extremely relaxed and enjoyable. management and staff were extremely helpful and hardworking. there was no hard part to the job as assistance was available for those who needed it, and that did not occur very often. my co-workers were my friends and fellow staff so there was always a lively and fun atmosphere.
free lunches everday
Was able to learn a lot in terms financial management and team player. Was trained on how to handle clients and conflict mamagement. was a problem solver
I was supportive at work to other colleagues especially trainees
Sit at your desk and capture car loans. It was target based and you needed to reach your target per hour. Learned to work with many different cultures and to respect each others opinions. Management always kept us informed as to what the latest projects were and where we were compared to rest of banks. What needed to be done to be the best bank. Targets were the hardest part of the job. Most enjoyable part of the job was working together as a team in the earlier years when there were no targets. Used to have Spring breakfasts every year, dress up themes.
People worked hard together and lots of laughs. More freedom
shifts, targets, staff not communicating with each other.
