The department I was in was not nice to work in. The pressure was sometimes too much to handle. Managers only focused on stats and making the customer happy which ends up resulting in the bankers being neglected.
A lot of room for growth
This company has a culture of favoritism even if you working hard you will not be recognised if you don't know the right people, it's stressful as they no longer focus on the customers and customer service but are more worried about sales
Staff rates on loans
It is a good company to work for. The benefits for its employees it's great. You feel safe and secured when your working there. The company culture, value and ethics work along with employees values. Working as team makes the work to go faster

Am who I am because of this company. When I had financial problems, they were there with me until I manage to sort my financial affairs. Currently I have two properties of which one is paid up and another one is bonded just recently. They even paid for my studies when I resign early last year, without paying it(study loan) back and they even took me back late last year.
Well i easily adjusted to the work pace and atmosphere. What i thought was difficult from a distance was actual fun to do and with a good team
Banking is team work Its alertness Its satisfying to work with clients I learned to always do good as it brings good to me I can work under pressure
