What is the best part of working at the company?Toxic working environment..unsupportive management What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The pay is too little , management is oppressive and unsupportive . We're just thankful we have jobs for bread on the table other wise it's the pits working there What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I'm am currently jobless due to the mental health issues I suffered in the hands of this institution

Sometimes there are not communication and no motivation to workers.no monthly meetings to satisfy the needs of the employees for other personnel. Only to come to work to satisfy the Employer

Co-operative and caring

Mature people, fair and responsible. They look out after each other. People work in teams and support each other through difficult times. If you have a problem, just talk and you will be helped. Nurses are kind and friendly.

Great experience

It's a great experience because there's a wide variety of medical equipment to work with. There's also superb supervision from experienced supervisors in the medical equipment field.

The company acts at the best interest of the employees.

We got exposed to alot of different patient cases which gave us the opportunity to acquire knowledge as students. I was able to also acquire the problem solving skills and trouble shooting skills.

It's a brilliant clean working environment

I have learned a lot of skills and they have more opportunities to improve skills of the workers they work hand on hand with skills development organisations they treat employees fairly and they show the commitment on working to improve the department they bring opportunities to there employees they also give training to the staff members

Fun workplace

The hospital is well kept and the staff are exceptionally friend. As a student at the hospital there was a wide variety of patient conditions, making it an awesome place to learn

Yes because some people if they know about the salary will going to be withdrawn or not willing to work saying that is too small according to understa

People must apply the job not knowing the salary . Work comes first and then get a reward.i like to work in Steve Biko I saw the nurses working very hard helping people

Well organized hospital

Hospital is very clean and neat hospitable. Well managed. Speciality hospital. Well organised patient care. It's within transport route easy to reach.

Growth learning experience

I was exposed to to the robot machine for dispemsing. I learmt how to do small scale manufacturing and compounding also learnt how to receive medication.

productive and fun workplace

productive and fun workplace be prepared to work long hours and shifts. be dedicated and prepared to learn everyday. work in collaboration with other multi-disciplinary team and students from different institutions. must be able to cope under pressure. there are rewards for personnel who performed well at every year. it has a radio station for daily updates and weekly if not monthly newsletter on the hospital achievements and challenges. management holds monthly meetings with employees to hear their challenges and how they can improve in providing quality health care. security for patients and personnel is prioritized as there is locked electric controlled entrances at the main entrance and all different wards. it offers opportunities for further development as there are programs to arranged for staff development.

Experience and academic curriculum.

It was compulsory for my academic curriculum to complete a clinical engineering syllabus. To study the application of medical equipment in hospital environment. The assessment is based on completing the semester project to be submitted at faculty department in order to be granted a National Diploma certificate.
