It costs to work
The workplace and job description is not bad but if you are someone that is starting from nothing then the job might not be for you because you work for commission and all the travelling and leads that you generate are done at your expense, so will have to spend your own money with the hope that you will reach your target and get paid.

False promises regarding commission
The people at RRM Distribution make it sound extremely wonderful, the first week of training is great and you feel as though you have landed your dream job! After the first week of training you get to sign your contract and suddenly reality hits! There is no basic salary and it's purely target based. They push for sales and have weekly meetings offering additional commissions. Once you however make sales and it comes time to pay your commission, suddenly they cannot find your contact which means your money is delayed. Ans when they do eventually pay, they short pay and come with excuses!! Don't waste your time, these people are unethical and dishonest!!!
