Productive and fun

The company doesn't give leads. You have to find your own people to sell the product to. No sales no money. A lot of people resign within a short period of time

It costs to work

The workplace and job description is not bad but if you are someone that is starting from nothing then the job might not be for you because you work for commission and all the travelling and leads that you generate are done at your expense, so will have to spend your own money with the hope that you will reach your target and get paid.

Just for further sales training

StockMarket Dynamics is an organization that gives access and training to people on stock trading. My jobs was to arrange presentations, meet clients and explain the benefits of learning this skill. Giving them an edge with extra income if followed the program correctly. What I really wanted is to expand my sales skills, in my previous job I had to sell the appeals but in this line of work I had to sell a program. I manage to achieve my goal in this organization however my budget with transport wasn't balancing with my other expenses hence I needed to leave. What I enjoyed about this company was the close contact I had with my clients, I had to put myself in their lives and sell my self to them in order to make a sale, which is something hard to achieve in my opinion. What I dislike was that most of my income was used to meet clients.
