There's no growth. The managers and team leaders are mean, you will be told to do people's jobs or it will depend on the department you are in because there's one department they're afraid of. The building is old.

Terrible unprofessional biased Company

I would advise my biggest enemy to work at this place.They get you back for everything you do.They don't offer any training you required to watch video clips for an entire week instead.They don't give a hard copy of the company policies in that way they could always cover themselves. Highly toxic work Environment!

lack monitoring processes and duty allocations

The company is to strategies prioritising systematization of their process to ease the task load done manually. The Management structure requires qualified and very experienced leaders who are not scared to take tough decisions.

Very competitive company but not very good staff satisfaction

The company is very competitive and strong on their industry, however they often ignore staff mental well being for the good of the company. Staff are always required to work overtime with no consideration for personal lives.

They pay overtime, adventure of the country in field services

A fast growing, dynamic company

Massive growth, company is doing very well in this current economy. Remote work can be challenging, especially for junior / new staff. The company suits someone that has enough grit & determination to make a success as the culture does not cater for individuals who are not committed. I

Depressing, low salaries, managers do not know how to manage their staff

The work culture is very depressing . No management skills. All managers have power egos they don't help the staff only put the blame on their staff. The salaries are very low

Management

Everyone just does their own thing. There is no formal training and you are expected to know things and fall into the swing of things. There is no clear communication from management yet they are quick to point our mistakes.
