I am given a target a day , i have learned that accuracy is very important as we work with peoples particulars, time management is very important that you must know you must be able to finish the target you have been given. the hardest times at work is when you have to train people out of your own work and still must make the target. I enjoy mostly to work at syntell is that i am the best candidate in my department and that makes me proud of my self that i dedicate my self to what i do.

Great company and I enjoy working at Syntell. Good work place culture and I've learnt alot in my time here. Management style is quite relaxed and the environment is very professional.
Work from home, Flexible working hours
No room for growth
During normal work day you will always have something when there is not development like monitoring existing systems and report writing. I have learnt how important is self motivation when it comes to work place no matter how difficult or demotivating is the situation around you.The employees or team that I am working in is very focused, motivated people. Even thou I am solo worker on Mobile Development the people are very supporting and have belief in me. Explaining technical aspects of mobile architecture people just do not get it especially business people. I enjoy having full control over the project and determining what should be done all that.
Free Cell Phone and Internet, Work from home sometimes
A typical work day is 8 - 5 workday involves prioritizing a number of incoming requests for technical assistance within the organization running around both onsite and offsite to meet with employees and clients who need technical support The management is very good about listening and taking your interests into consideration when assigning projects and setting long-term career goals. It's refreshing to work in an environment where you feel like you're being heard and not merely treated like a number
