Talisman gave me the advantage to communicate more effectively. Assisting daily with toolhire enquiries both private and public, from to construction to home use. New Talisman branch located in builders warehouse increased hiring efficiency from day to day toolhire. Good sales opportunity If you passionate about sales.Long hours Extremely bad Customer Service affected the Builders Wharehouse store, So not a lot of new customers. Attention to detail is critical, no mistakes.
Unproffessional and extremely biasOwner extremely difficult to work withCustomers constantly upset over unreasonable charges on their accountsHave a job description but it means nothing, you have to be willing to do everything. If you are not you get treated like a sub-human.
Not adhering to job description
Working for the company is stressful and there are some crazy hours you work; but the people are fantastic. There is not much room for growth, but it is a great company to work for experience
Long Hours, not great pay
It's so fun and lovely in the Talisman family, where management and staff have a good working relationship, and we were also developed in any kinds of work around different departments, ie to be flexible in any kind of work
Performance bonuses and brand new bakkies for deliveries

Servicing/repair equipment is the key to encourage the customers to trust your company I have learned from this company to interact with couple customers at the same time and to work under pressure The hardest part of job is to service/repair equipment properly and to drive to outside to deliver and service equipment The most enjoyeble part of this job is to do quality job on my job to make customer happy all the time
Working long hour during the week
Servicing customers are the key to this business. Everyone is working in a team, with the result of good team suport. I have learned from this company to interact with a couple of branches at the same time and to work under pressure. The hardest part of this job is to phone customers for the outstanding monies, you will then need to hear all the sad stories of why they can't pay. The most enjoyable part of this job is you get to interact with other co-workers and customers during the day.
Working public holidays and very long hours during week and weekends
