It's a great place to work. However it's also be very toxic at times. It depends on the campaign one is placed in at teleperformance. But management often really makes it an unpleasant place to work

No work /life balance

Management cares about themselves can't leave if you get sick at work or have a emergency. Oh and they don't pay you if you leave the company happened to a couple of people including myself

Stressful environment

Typical day at work stressful.Nothing much LarnedManagement is unfair,discriminating,dishonest,racist Work place culture there is no equalityHardest part about the job is keeping customer and QA happy.Most enjoyable part of the job is pay day.

Decent pay however the supervisors that watch over you are very patronising and that is kind of a turn off the environment is good and friendly as well as the people

High paced

Management. I mean top level management, have no people skills and there is no system to streamline your workload. Constant black "jokes" and ethical irregularities regarding the overall culture. They are a microcosm of society and that's every call center.

Fun place but campaign was draining

Teleperformance is one of the best places to work overall however where management is concern there is lots of favouritism and they don’t care about your mental health as well as where hospital appointments is concerned, left the place due to a manager removing my sick leave which I was in hospital for and made them AWOL in Oder to dismiss me from company

Fastest growing fastest falling

If you're looking for growth this is the place but don't expect training and should you make a success after 2 years and move up, you could be on probation In your new role for over 15 months, be prepared to change managers frequently and shift changes even more so, however good people culture and good managers if you're lucky

Work life

The company is very diverse in its culture however many people there feel as if they are the bosses and tend to undermine authority.Upper management also needs to work on communication skills

Best place to work

Company offers growth unlike any other, fun and productive as well as excellent environment to work in. I would say out of all the other places I’ve worked this is by far the most structured and loveable.

love the engagements TP

Great place to work.The training could be more interacting, as you do everything on your PC, the trainer don't really interact with you. They would increase their salary just a bit.

Not good like they say it is salary and no space to grow, don't pay you when you resign. Its like a sweat shop and there is no structure managers know nothing as well.

Extremely overworked and underpaid

The environment is toxic and the transportation system is a joke. I had to argue everything single day with the people that I take transport with about who is going to get off first- just childish

Fun work place and great management.

I don't have anything bad to say about the company. It was a great experience for me unfortunately I didn't work there due to my personal issues, caring and transparent management.

What is the best part of working at the company?The freedom to be yourself but bringing out the best teleperformance ever.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?There's no stressful part of working at Teleperformance you just do what you signed up for and more the rest will work itself out. The company is a good company to work for and remuneration is good too. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work environment is spacious and very secure and we pride ourselves in security.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Fun fun fun..I enjoy my job that's it.😊✔️

Workers is amazing

Ive worked at TP for 5months,it was great working there, but we had pay queries every month with short pay. January I gave notice but I worked for 3 weeks which was like more then half of my basic salary, and I didn't get those monies, they with held the money and said it was for training. So for that 3 weeks I didn't get a cent. Teleperformance is not a nice company when it comes to pay, and one is working long hours you don't have a life.

Unfair place to be

Very bad place to work on they don't consider people's time. And just send you away anytime they feel like after wasting day over there not even giving something you worked for they don't even sign contract with because they know what their doing.

Lack of management

The training staff and agents on the floor were very helpful and made the environment bearable. The management was terrible though. They had no clue about the work, were of no help and were terrible leaders. The leadership structure was based on favouritism and not skills.The hours are long, the pay is not enough but they had free transportation that dropped you off at your door which was very helpful. I really enjoyed the facilities though, the building is great and clean, the amenities worked well, the transport system worked well, pay was always on time. The most difficult part of the job was dealing with the lack of leadership and constant technical difficulties which meant were never resolved. We were told to come in an hour early without compensation in order to avoid being marked as late even though we were on time due to the various software issues. Don’t stay too long there, there is not much opportunity for growth.
