Informative

You get to learn more about health and HIV related information. You grow in knowledge. Helping people improve their health and educating that is the most enjoyable part of the job. Pressure when there are more clients is too much. There is no growth as you do one and the same thing.

Good

It was a good job ,wanted to learn more about research within the industry . It was challenging. It was fast paced Had to work with all departments within the organization. It needed a fast learner and a person with sense of urgency. Has to work on turn around times as per policies and delegate to sub ordinates

Salary

The working conditions are good but the salary is too little and there are no benefits . There is too much work to do regardless of your job position.
