very productive and fun work place

daily targets were and deadlines were the order of the day. the job itself was a challenge and gave so much exposure. The job included data collection and data capturing, document management and documents handling, travelling was also part of my job description.

interacting with participants and sharing in their plight

I enjoyed working with minimal supervision therefore pushed myself to meet targets and I realised my capabilities in the process.

Pros

Free Coffe at every work station

Cons

Long hours in the office, trying to beat traffic and in the process earned good points for always meeting targets.
