I applied for a management role at TFG head office. The interview process is very structured and challenging, but extremely professional. Communication throughout the process was frequent and clear.
After I applied, I had an initial screening call from an HR manager. Progressed to a face-to-face interview with the line manager and HR manager. Shortlisted candidates then have to complete psychometric tests including verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning tests. A personality test was also required. From there, verification checks were needed, such as credit, criminal, salary and identity checks. Finally, a face-to-face interview with the line manager and an executive with shortlisted candidates.
The interview process is structured
Long and dragging due to the amount of applicants
