Productive workplace and fun colleagues
Project Manger (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 10 November 2021
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI enjoyed my time there. Grew a lot in terms of client relationship management. I loved forming part of a team that brought tangible changes to unemployed youth. Especially within the designated groups. However, the leadership can do better in terms talent management, talent (the human resource) must be looked after. The most recognisable thing when you arrive there is that the company embraces diversity. There is presence of all cultures, races and ethnic groups. I know it's a matter of compliance but, That is commendable.
Pros
Good Potential for career advancement
Cons
Long hours, unfair remuneration salary structure

Productive but stressful
PA/Assistant to the Project Manager (Current Employee) - Parktown, Gauteng - 4 January 2021
The company is a fun and productive workplace however i do not think they take ones needs into consideration. Work is more than the pay and it can become really stressful

Fun and exciting workplace, fast paste and always on the spot thinking and learning
Regional Sales Manager (Former Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 8 June 2020
With Training Force, I have learned how to grow a region, HR duties as well as managing finances for the region. Reporting directly to the CEO on profits and loss.
Hardest part was when we had to conduct a hearing on one of the staff members, this was not easy but I learned to keep a professional behaviour.
Most enjoyable part was always the success of sales staff if we won a tender or a new business deal
Workplace culture, even though working with different cultures, races and personalities, we always felt part of one big family

Small compensation, great learning curve
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 4 November 2019
Although it was great to work there and learn about customer service. The pay was not enough to maintain daily living expenses and barely covered transport costs.
