It really depends on each department. It's a great culture; my issue was the poor management who did not promote growth and did not give equal opportunities. It's a great company with great benefits. They need to focus on the leadership department.

As i was working in transnet, I enjoyed every day of my work as i was gaining my first experience.i am well trained now.
My working experience was good.as I am now strong and strengthen in cooking. I liked Transnet park town because it has a menu rotation. But I didn't enjoy much at reef hotel because I didn't find much of a challenge, There's no manu rotation,is one and the same Menu everyday. I am now looking forward to gain more experience and a challenge so tht I will grow more in cooking industry
In my presence within Transnet RME, I worked with a variety of people giving them my services which they still want if my contract was ongoing. Should there be any opportunities available, I'd have been honoured to apply for such. The salary was good, people amazing, my Chief Engineer being the best person to work under.
