I learned that any job that's they taught me there it can be done if you dedicate yourself to it. Anything is possible and if you come up to such challenge you've got to own up to it and face those challenges. I was really working with a positive minded team and we delivered every job in the actual time frame given. It was nice working with that team. Very relaxed working culture.
Be mentally fit and cautious safety first protection clothes apply all the time professional work space with lot of opportunities to grow and support from the management
The culture of safety was prioritised by everyone in the company. Preventive maintenance and deliverance was made to be done just in time at all costs.Time keeping .

I had enjoyed working for transnet unfortunately the contractual work was not something to look forward to. However I am greatly indebted to Transnet for the training and technical experience I was exposed to. I would recommend that the management echelon should interact more frequently with the work

At transnet we are given a very short contract and with that it becomes more difficult to plan your life ahead. Nevertheless, work experience and salary is so good.
very buzy and productive, learned lots like working in groups and patience, with very supportive management, greeting was our culture with lots of pressure.most enjoyable part was the friendship we had we were like a family afterwards.
a very busy work schedule. we had a manual time and attendance system. every day and task was a challenge. i worked with salaries of over 500 employees on a monthly basis, which each employee had two time sheets a month. i learned that everything about my job is priority and the importance of accuracy when doing salaries. management has an open door policy which made them very approachable and easy to work with. the company is big on culture. they have even a culture charter. hardest part was to get simultaneous co-operation regarding timorous submission of time sheets. i love working with people. doing salaries is very satisfying.
