Great opportunity to grow yourself
I've worked for 13 Years at Trentyre felt like my second home. Enjoyed working there I was looking forward to go to work every day. Learned a lot in 13 Years. There was no hard part about the job. The most enjoyable part of the job, everything.
Great place for a workout and learning. It sometimes gets difficult but you must take that As a training and a challenge because those challenges end up becoming a help at a worst situation.
The credit and price opening process takes a long time because you have to wait for someone at headoffice to do it.
No management support,no backstaff support if you new.i never had training to work the system which I had to learn on my own.theres no co operation between the different departments.head office people in jhb are hard to reach and get hold off and some deals that need immediate resolution have to wait sometimes and you loose the deal because your manager isn't available or the credit guys are not available.
good energy, nice work enviroment, learned allot, stock tacking was the hardest part of the job but most enjoyable. the management is hands on, can ask anything and they will guide you

Working directly on all levels with responsible people the job required. Always willing to learn something new whats to offer. To excell and be committed to daily fast paced challenges of job. Being out in the field and to know what your customer fleet requires and give them reports to what they need now and months ahead. Always be proactive
This is for the one that can handle all levels of stress and emotions. Some times family take a back seat to try and make targets. It has a good commission structure with good benefits. You must be a go getter and flexible to satisfy all clients. Very strict place to work for but worth it.

Long hrs lots of work
Its a challenging job, I learned how to strip, fit and inspect a tyre and a rim...management isint that bad but have their differences. The hardest part of the job is fitting tyres with incorrect tools. The enjoyable part of the job is fitting new tyres on new rims
Its been 2 years working for Trentyre and I haven't received any problems from staff or CEO but I am applying for a job with more benefits.I am trying to raise my kids with solid monthly salary.
I have learnt how to communicate with different people and their cultures and believes. The hardest part of being a storeman is to be accurate in the store when capturing data as well as making sure all stock is kept clean and tidy. Having fun in the work environment is the best part of working at this place.
I enjoyed every moment working at Trentyre. I grew as much as I could and I also gained a lot of experience. My manager and I had a very good relationship and I learned a lot from him. I had very nice and caring co-workers. The hardest part of my job was to ensure that the clients needs are satisfied. I enjoyed working with people as I am a very outgoing person.
Did counter sales, I was a sales representative, on site manager, did cold calling. Did brand promotions. Stock take and stock control. Employee Time control. Did reports on Stock, Sales, Service and Product failure and CPK reports. Did daily admin and banking
